RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All returns and exchanges must take place within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Shipping charges may apply. All returns and exchanges after the Spring or Fall sales must take place within 30 days of receiving your order. Shipping charges may apply.
Items that have not been worn or used may be exchanged for another item, or returned for a full refund of the cost of the item. If the item is exchanged for an item of higher value, additional fees to cover the difference will apply. If the item is exchanged for an item of lesser value, a refund will be issued for the difference. If a full refund is requested instead of an exchange, then the refund amount will be issued to the original method of payment used when the order was placed (employee allowance or debit/credit card).
Items received that are not the correct size, color, or item will be replaced at no cost to you. Items received that were damaged during shipping will be replaced at no cost to you. For all other instances, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.

SHIPPING
All orders placed outside of the Fall and Spring sales will be shipped the method of your choice via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Please keep in mind that all embroidered items are made to order, so please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. All orders with screen printed items only will ship within 1-3 business days after the order is received.
For all Rush Orders, DO NOT select Parcel Ground as your shipping method. If a rush order is needed, please make a note of the in-hands date in the “Customer Notes” section during checkout. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate every rush order placed. Someone will contact you if there are any problems with meeting the in-hands date listed. If you have any questions or concerns about meeting a specific in-hands date, please contact us by either the Contact Submission Form, or by phone at 336-725-5303 ext. 15.
Orders shipping in bulk during the Fall and Spring sales will be shipped once all orders from that location are completed, unless there are items on backorder. We will not hold any orders under those circumstances.
BACKORDER AND OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Due to supply chain disruptions we cannot guarantee that all products are in stock in each size and color listed on Armstrong Gear. We have done our best to provide you with all options that had the best availability at the time. We will contact you if any part of your order is out of stock (no ETA for restock) or on backorder (estimated restock date given).
